We definitely won't be making any new trusts ! She is doing our lasting power attorney (which was why I made the appointment), I know I could do it myself , but I'd rather pay someone so I have no stress.
She's very well recommended locally, so I'm hopeful she won't rip us off. She suggested after speaking to her solicitor appointing out assets in the discretionary Trust to wind it up ,but I haven't updated her yet to tell her in theory there is nothing in the trust . I suppose she will look over my dad's will. But definitely no more trusts 🤣0 -
