Thanks CSI - I mean, I am currently paying 47 GBP per month direct debit (which is too much anyway and I have requested a refund) and on the new tariff will be paying 36 GBP per month. Figures based on my actual usage and actual unit prices. They're offering me a standing charge which is basically 50% cheaper than the new price cap, the KwH cost is slightly higher.1
