No bill from Scottish Power since August - Anyone else?

Just wondering if anyone else is missing bills from Scottish Power? My usage in the online account hasn't updated since August either so it seems a bit strange
I am not overly concerned because we are on prepay so I know there is no debt building up, but I always like to check top-ups against my bills just as a double check and also checked the rates on the bills, which I can't now do
Now they have been hounding me to get a smart meter fitted so my suspicions are being plucked - is this a ploy to get me to contact them so that they can badger me about the smart meter? If so it won't work because they are impossible to contact! (I have tried)
Just curious if this is an across the board thing with their billing system, if anyone else has the same issue?
