Gas / Elect. Business account renewal
Hi all,
I am looking after 7 HMO properties and our utilities renewal is coming up in October 2023. Agents are already contacting me to go through the renewals. Is it it a bit early? I hope that rates will drop and we will have a better deals later on in the year.

Personally I would hold off as long as possible to go through renewing a contract. What could happen if you renewed now is that you end up on a contract with hundreds of pounds of early termination charges because you renewed before prices got cheaper as well as paying higher prices per kWh.Someone please tell me what money is0
