Hi all,

I am looking after 7 HMO properties and our utilities renewal is coming up in October 2023. Agents are already contacting me to go through the renewals. Is it it a bit early? I hope that rates will drop and we will have a better deals later on in the year.

Thanks,

Petra

Personally I would hold off as long as possible to go through renewing a contract. What could happen if you renewed now is that you end up on a contract with hundreds of pounds of early termination charges because you renewed before prices  got cheaper as well as paying higher prices per kWh.
Someone please tell me what money is
