2023 is set to be an incredible year of cricket with the LV= Insurance Men’s and Women’s Ashes taking place in June and July across the UK as well as an England Men’s Test against Ireland to start the summer off.

The LV= County Championships are also taking place this year and we’ve got matches for every team so there’s something for you no matter who you support.

If you’d like to be in with a chance to win tickets to one of this summer’s matches, all you need to do is enter your name, email address and policy number in the form below.

As long as you’re an LV= customer at the time of the match and agree to our T&Cs, you’re in with a shot!

Terms and Conditions

 

LV= General Insurance Cricket Test and County Championship Tickets 2023 for LV= General Insurance customers – Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:

1. To enter, LV=GI customers click on the ‘Apply for tickets’ button on the March 2023 LV=GI newsletter which will take entrants to (Insert URL) where entrants will need to complete the form with the name on the policy, email address, LV=GI policy number and select which date entrants would like tickets for. Entrants will be required to tick the box to confirm they will still be a LV=GI customer at the date of the cricket match selected and tick the box to confirm that these Terms and Conditions have been read and are agreed to.
2. LV=GI customers can select one date from the LV=GI Insurance England Test Matches list and one date from the LV=GI County Championship matches list for 2023.
3. The closing date for each Test match will be 11:59pm and Twenty one (21) days prior to the date of the match, these dates will then be taken off the page. Any entrance after this date will not be guaranteed entry to the prize draw.
4. Ten (10) LV=GI customer winners will be chosen at random for each date from all of the entries received by LV=GI prior to the closing date.
5. Winners will be chosen at random by entrants being given a number and random.org generating Ten (10) numbers which will then decide the Ten (10) winners as long as entries follow all terms and conditions listed.
6. Each winner will win Two (2) tickets to the date they selected. Travel to and from the venue, plus any food and drinks costs, are not included in the prize.
7. Entry is free and is open to those aged 18 years old or over and proof of identity and age may be required. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification. Winners are allowed to take a person under the age of 18 years old to the match as one of the two tickets won.  All ticket holders under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder aged 18 years old or over.
8. Entrants can enter the prize draw only once per LV=GI policy in place in their name by using their email address associated with their LV= policy number. If entrants have more than one policy with LV=GI then they may enter again using that policy number and email address associated with that policy.  An eligible policy is a LV=GI general insurance policy only and does not include any other policies including but not limited to LV=FS policies. 
9. When you enter the prize draw we’ll keep your personal information no longer than until September 4th 2023, after which, all personal data will be deleted.
10. All entries must have an active LV= GI policy on the date of the cricket match they select, this can be for any LV=GI product. Entrants will have LV=GI policies checked by LV=GI to ensure that their policies are still active at the date of the cricket match. Where entrants are found to have inactive LV=GI policies on the date of the cricket match they selected, those entrants will not be contacted as winners and other entrants with active LV=GI policies will be selected.
11. All entries must be made by UK residents. 
12. All employees of the Allianz UK group, including LV=GI, and their respective subsidiaries and associated companies, their immediate families and anyone involved in the promotion of the prize draw, including any printers and agents, suppliers of the prize and any other companies associated with the prize draw, are excluded from entry. 
13. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void. 
14. Prizes shall be awarded at LV=GI’s discretion and if it considers any entrant has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in entering into the prize draw, it reserves the right to refuse to award any prize. Winners will be confirmed by the email address they entered on via the official LV=GI Cricket email account. If winners cannot be contacted within Seven (7) days of confirmation of their win, LV=GI reserves the right to offer that prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
15. LV=GI accepts no responsibility for delayed or mis-transmitted entries. 
16. Prizes are as stated and are subject to availability and the venue’s terms and conditions. In the event of any prize being unavailable for any reason outside LV=GI’s control it reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value. 
17. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative. Prizes may be taxable and the winner will be responsible for any tax arising. 
18. All tickets will be sent electronically within Seven (7) days of the event as long as valid contact details are provided.
19. LV=GI’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into and it reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the prize draw. 
20. The winners will participate in all required publicity and LV=GI reserves the right to publish the name and photo of the winners in post event publications and on the LV=GI website and/or social media sites. The winners will reasonably cooperate with publicity as a result of winning. If you object to your name being used in any promotional activity please contact LV=.GI
21. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of LV=GI. Contact information about entrants is collected by LV= solely in order to contact them about the promotion where required and to award prizes. 
22. By entering into the prize draw, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. 
23. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
24. The promoter of this prize draw is Liverpool Victoria General Insurance Group Limited (LV=GI) whose registered office is at 57 Ladymead, Guildford, Surrey GU1 1DB.
