tower hamlets bus lane camera PCN

hello all
I received a PCN from tower hamlets going on a bus lane camera. The contravention was timed at 18:53 - I am 100% certain I looked at the car clock and it was 19:01 hence why I went onto the bus lane as the times the bus lane were active were between 16:00-1900. How do I prove that their cameras clock is faulty? Can I also use a faulty signage(facing the wrong way please see the google image) as a defence.

Best bet for you is to visit the Pepipoo forums where they deal with council fines. Here we focus on PCNs from unregulated private parking companies.2
