Are these Oak dors similar?

Any idea how to tell if these two Oak doors are the same or not?

As you might imagine the Screwfix one is quite a bit cheaper but is it of any less quality.  Checked the weight and the Screwfix one is actually listed at heavier, 33kg vs 25kg for the Howdens one.

They are probably both made in the same factory.

The Screfix one is shorter, and their both holllow core.

Honestly for that price id expect a much better quality - Im not sure how much value the window adds but in 2020 I bought sold wood doors for around the £140 each mark. Id never touch a hollow core door for anything over £50

    Both same height 1981mm.

Don't know that they are hollow but are made internally of particleboard.

I'd be interested in where you got those solid wood doors from, might be worth me looking there.

They arent hollow core, they are veneered particle board. I think you would be lucky to get actual solid wood doors for £140 anywhere now, particularly oak! Pretty much all 'solid wood' doors you see advertised now are veneered particle board or 'engineered timber'

This is the door I was intending to use for non-glass doors but seems the same particleboard internal construction: https://www.howdens.com/joinery/doors/howdens-shaker-oak-4-panel-door-obj-sku-family-die5160?skuId=DIE5160

Bit of an odd mixture, they don't really look similar.

We used Holdenby Howden doors which are very similar to Dordogne but the grooves are shallower. We used full glass and half glass and solid doors. Had to use a couple of 15" Dordogne doors on a cupboard but it's not noticeably different as the nearest ones to them are Holdenby full glass.

The Stiles and Rails are the same size for both the Shaker and Dordogne, also both same American White Oak, so I thought they didn't look too bad together.  Unfortunately the Shaker does not come in 3/4 glazed option.
