IVA completed but asking for more documents
Hi all, I've recently made the final payment on a 6 year IVA, but my IVA management company are now asking for payslips and bank statements at the end of the IVA before they will send my completion certificate. Is this usual practise?
All of the arrears have now fallen off my credit file, after 6 years, do I still need a completion certificate anyway?

It sounds totally normal, see https://debtcamel.co.uk/end-of-iva/.
Without a completion certificate the IVA itself will remain on your credit record and you will remain subject to the terms of the IVA so it is essential that you get this closed down properly.0
