I'm still waiting after trying to chase up before lined closed and since through very odd email responses..
I qualified they said there were few that was still to be paid and I was one of them but defo before 31st March
Well I didn't but because I did and Shell knew this was coming they sent all qualifying people matching amount into bank... I've yet to get the warm home discount onto my bill which understand should have happened..
I'm waiting for them to ask for it back at any min
Has anyone else not been paid when should have..as I'm getting no where as its done by Ofgem who do you complain to.... have tried there online complaint ...
I'm sure there's more than me that's this happened to..
Keep being told the next one opens Aug.. fuming I'm still waiting on last...

Right now the options are to phone the helpline and hold on (even if it sounds like it's closed) until you either get to speak to someone or it cuts you off;
Contact your MP;
Contact the press.

No guarantee they'll get you anywhere but at this point you have nothing to lose.

[There may be other routes I'm not aware of to try.  But your supplier is not really one, they can only pay you if the government tells them to.  It seems that's where the breakdown has happened.]

The phone is closed only email.. they don't answer what you ask.
No the money now goes to suppliers as credit WHD told me this and Shell said same..
MP useless tried on another matter... they can't be bothered 
Was seeing if anyone else same boat after being given run around from Oct right till phone went off 31st March...ggggrrrrr

There are others on the same boat, for sure.  I haven't heard of anyone getting anywhere for a while, unfortunately.  There are a couple of threads running over on the energy board.
