    Insurers always bump up the premium at the slightest opportunity. And they still go bleating to the govt that they need changes to be able to lower premiums. Most of the changes are ways of not having to pay out for claims.

    If you're sure there's no other damage just add a dab of glue. I've found clear silicone sealant is really good for sticking these sort of things.
