Investec 90 day notice account

Got one of these but surprisingly can't find a mobile app that can help me easily see my account. They have a few apps on the appstore but all of them need an Investec ID which I have not been given when my notice account was opened. Any pointers?
To be clear, I can login using their Internet website that asks for my email address as the login.

I opened this account a few days ago but they don't have an app for savings accounts, unfortunately. I have always found them to be excellent and user friendly.1

No app. for UK online accounts.
The online portal is mobile friendly.1 -
