Hi,
I hope someone can help. My friend needs to perform on stage, she is not a professional singer but she wants to perform for her son's wedding as a surprise gift. She rehashed herself with a karaoke machine named magic karaoke, but unfortunately, we found out that without tv this machine can not work.

Can you recommend any karaoke machine or phone app which can be used in a stage performance? Can she use the stage microphone and her phone at the same time as a karaoke machine? Is it possible?
Any  other way to get way this situation? Please help.

thanks a lot for your time

Talk to the people settings up the stage and associated sound system. If you can't plug another audio feed into their system, it becomes a whole lot more difficult, as I assume you want the backing music to feed through from the karaoke.
You won't be the first wanting to do such a thing, so they might have some suggestions, or equipment you can use.

Isn't a karaoke machine without a screen/tv just an mp3 / cd player connected to speakers?

I was thinking that, but it sounds like the performer needs the video cue. Capturing the karaoke output into an mp4 file and playing that back through a tablet with the audio going into the amp and speakers is possible?
