I wonder if anyone here does or had done Property sourcing as self employed.
I run a hone business already but an old friend approached me with a venture she does where she sources and packages property deals.
It sounds far too good, with my skillset, it seems like a great fit but curious if there are any pro's or con's to this industry.
Any advice or personal experience would be very much appreciated

If I were you I would do some due diligence on Property Tribes, there seems to be a new report every week of failed property sourcing ventures bringing down both investors and the sourcers... I would tread very, very carefully...belasta said:I wonder if anyone here does or had done Property sourcing as self employed.
