BPA Parking Fine. Paid for parking but inadvertently parked in staff space for interview.

I got a fine from BPA/Parking Eye after paying for parking at a hospital. The fine says the carpark was a staff one. Do I appeal with a bank statement and record of account or state I wasn't the driver?

Thanks

It is not a fine. It is merely a speculative invoice!

Try contacting PALS at the hospital and ask them to get it cancelled. They can do so, so be polite but firm.

Cheers - have emailed them. Also appealed on the Parking Eye webpage.

    Saying what?

Did the Notice to Keeper have a paragraph on the reverse side headed Protection of Freedoms Act?

I’m not sure PALS will help if you were not there as a patient.

What did you put in your appeal?
