BPA Parking Fine. Paid for parking but inadvertently parked in staff space for interview.

I got a fine from BPA/Parking Eye after paying for parking at a hospital. The fine says the carpark was a staff one. Do I appeal with a bank statement and record of account or state I wasn't the driver?
Thanks

It is not a fine. It is merely a speculative invoice!
Try contacting PALS at the hospital and ask them to get it cancelled. They can do so, so be polite but firm.2 -
Cheers - have emailed them. Also appealed on the Parking Eye webpage.0

Did the Notice to Keeper have a paragraph on the reverse side headed Protection of Freedoms Act?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I’m not sure PALS will help if you were not there as a patient.
What did you put in your appeal?1 -
Now cancelled by PALS
