Zopa problems logging into accounts

Anyone else is having problems not receiving the verification codes to log into their Zopa accounts? Worked absolutely fine till yesterday then suddenly it stopped (my phone's fine and am receiving the verification codes from other banks without problems). Zopa app is working fine, thou, but you need access to the account to move money from matured fixed accounts

UPDATE - I just talked to Zopa and they are experiencing problems with some of the accounts, but not all. So a few customers will be unable to access their accounts probably for few hours because they won't receive the necessary verification codes.

    I misread at first, thinking you couldn't get in on the app. Just tried and had no problem receiving verification code and signed in on web browser. 
    Do you really need access to web browser for matured fixed accounts? I cannot remember using that in the past, but that doesn't mean anything with my memory these days.

    Same issue, tried several times yestaday no verification code sent, went on the chatbot and told it would be escalated, but, wouldn't give a timeframe.
    Tried again this morning still no joy.

    Should the problem persist I suggest calling them on Monday as well
