Is this fixable?

Ouf of nowhere, my 43 inch TV has started to do this. I've only had it 2 years. Warranty was only 1 year. Is this fixable? 
Nothing happened to it, it just started doing this suddenly and now it won't go away.

It's unlikely to be anything you can fix.

 You could seek to prove it's an inherent fault but will be difficult to prove and not really worth the effort on that kind of TV.

It's a Bush, so 2 years use seems reasonable.

Do a factory reset before you do anything else, if you can get access to the menus.  It may clear it.
