Confused about Sainsbury's Balance transfer card.

Hello all, in the past when I've applied for credit cards you get an introductory offer which may say something like 0% balance transfers for 26 months on any balance transfers made within 30 days of activating the card.
I've just applied for my first balance transfer card and got accepted but nowhere can I find how long the "introductory" offer is for. I phoned and the person on the phone said it's for the whole 26 months, IE if I transferred a balance in 12 months' time I would have 14 months 0% interest on that balance. That doesn't seem right to me. On MoneySavingExpert it mentions the 0% is only on transfers made when applying but I can't see that anywhere on Sainsbury's site, or in the T's and C's. Does anyone know how long I must transfer another balance to get the 0%?
Thanks

That seems right. Most promo offers have concurrent 0% and transfer periods these days.0
