Capping off unused wiring

Hi
I have an unused E10 circuit and fuse box having now removed an old warm air storage heater.
The wiring which consists of 10mm and 4mm cable is in the walls but there’s extra isolation switches near the heater cupboard. These are for the 24hr and timed circuits and the wiring I think goes via the ceiling space.
The two cables enter the switch from the top and then out the bottom to the heater. There’s three cables out though where the heater was.
Just wondering what to do about the fuse boxes and switch area.
Any help appreciated.

The starting point is to get the cables disconnected at the main consumer unit. You can then remove those fuse blocks and cut the unwanted cables back and fill the holes. Depending on how the cables are run you may be able to pull some of them out completely.

Personally, I'd keep the wires disconnected from the CU and terminated with terminal blocks. They can be used if needed in the future.I think, for the existing back box a faceplate can be found. Where the heater was, a slim surface box can be added with a face plate.2
