CreditLadder - Rent tracking

Hi,
I'm renting and would like for my rent payments to go on my credit report.
I'm already using Canopy (free subscription) to report to Experian and would like to set up CreditLadder to report to Equifax.
I've tried to set it up, but it wants me to log into mobile banking to set up the bank connection. The trouble is, I don't use mobile banking because my phone is too old (Android 4.1, so not supported by any banking apps for quite some time now). Is there a way to set it up via online banking instead (Canopy uses internet banking to set up)?
If it's not possible, is there another (free) service I can use to report rent payments to Equifax/TransUnion that doesn't require mobile banking app?
