As well as the SA100 form you may be required to fill in the employment supplement. If so it can be found here:

Your taxable income will be less and as such you avoided tax and NI on the amount sacrificed and this is reflected by the reduced pay on the P60.1 -

So sorry to jump on this post but i think I am in the same boat re needing a paper based tax return.
I am assuming I can only post it back but I can’t see an address- can anyone advise?

I posted my return to the above address on 20th May (in time for post collection that afternoon)
To date HMRC still haven't processed it.
I telephoned them on 26th May and was told to monitor and phone again on 2nd June if nothing shows in my online tax account.
Guess I will be phoning again tomorrow....0 -

Personally I wouldn't expect it to be processed until nearer the end of the tax year so you will get a statement showing anything payable in January in time to make the payment.0
