    Hello all,

    I have now received a notice of allocation to the small claims track (hearing)




    Within a few hours I then received an email from DCBL to settle as follows: 



    it looks like others who have received the email to settle have ignored, but I just wanted to check that I am not obligated in any way to reply to say no I don't want to settle?

    Discontinuance expected this month!

    Obviously you need to do a WS bundle just in case.  Your deadline is on that letter.

    If you are a betting person, you should put odds on it being discontinued. Just have a look at this thread:

    Now that does give me hope to be listed on that thread! & good to know that even if time is pushing on they have been known to discontinue at the last minute. Thank you.
