Chip and TopCashback

Has anyone got cash back from TopCashback when signing up for Chip? I went via the TopCashback link a few weeks ago, but nothing has tracked in my account. I thought it odd at the time since you don't 'buy' anything on the Chip website, just download the app, so there is nothing to track. I noticed this morning that the Chip cash back has been removed from TopCashback.

You can raise any missing/untracked cashback with TCB through their website. Hover over your account icon in the top right corner, then select 'Customer Service' and then 'Continue' under the 'Missing Cashback?' section.
Even if they've been removed now, you can still get cashback potentially if it was being offered at the time you clicked the link.0 -
I got the cashback after only 2 months even though it stated a minimum 6 months investment.0

I submitted a missing cashback claim months ago and am still waiting.
I don't understand how tracking can work as TCB directed me to google Play and here all the links brake.0 -
Thanks. I've lodged a missing/untracked cashback claim with TCB. They knew the date and time of my visit to the Chip website and the amount of cashback (£20). Referral bonus has ended too. Might sit tight and see if any new incentive or cashback starts. I have some time I can wait0 -

Not with Chip but did it with Kroo and apparently it can literally take anything from 5 mins to 5 months to actually receive anything on Topcashback. I decided to just not bother looking and maybe one day they will email be to tell me about my £15.0
