Halifax bank - anyone having problems?

Hi - I have been trying to phone the Halifax bank for 5 days now.  I am not able to get through after the initial messages.  They just say that they are very busy and can't take my call at the moment.  The line then goes dead.  I have no other means of getting in touch with them as I don't have the mobile app.  Does anyone else have this problem?

    I have not tried it recently, so can not comment. But have you tried to call them around 08:00 am. Like any other CS there are not typically busy around this time.
