hope i've put this in the right place! i am looking for a free pattern for am old fashioned aran cardigan with shawl collar youngest son has asked for one (6ft 6) for xmas have told him it may take 6 months not realising how hard it was to get a pattern would be gratefull for any help have tried all the websites and wool shops just hoping someone out ther has one. :eek: would be gratefull for any input, thanks

Dont know if this of any use as there is no pattern for an actual cardigan but it does have instructions on how to do the different arran patterns and a pattern for an arran jumper. Not a knitter myself so dont know if you can incorperate the designs into a cardigan yourself
