iPhone SE 2020 Wireless Charger

I have an iPhone SE 2020 / 2nd Gen - about 3 years old.
Recently the charging port/cable has become quite unreliable so I'm looking at my options (I have already tried cleaning out the port with a toothpick so I don't think that is the issue, also tried different cables etc).
Cheapest option I can think of is to get a wireless charger - can anyone recommend one as I'm not sure what features/wattage I should be looking for and prices seem to vary considerably?
I imagine replacing the port is possible but would be expensive, and with a 3 year old battery I'd probably just get a new device (just feels wrong as it's otherwise fine). New phone would cost about £200 as I can get a contribution from my employer because I sometimes use it for work.
