The intention was not to "kick a dog" when it is down.

Q1 & Q2 was to make any newbie to this site, think and do some basic research before handing money over to persons or companies they have little to no knowledge of. instead of after.

    Examples:-

    https://www.personal-reviews.com/2022/03/litegraphs-review-litegraphs-com-scam/

    https://fraud-detector.eu/test-the-reliability-of-websites/
    https://check.getsafeonline.org/check/litegraphs.com
    https://www.scam-detector.com/validator/litegraphs-com-review/

Q3 was just out of curiosity.

Ok my tuppence worth. I joined Litegraphs in May this year after watching Ian Wright (ex footballer) effectively promote the company on Sky TV during some football commentary and how much he was making etc etc etc. Yes I foolishly followed the guide given by Wright and joined Litegraphs. Robert was my trader and was ever so convincing saying that the bad reviews were about another company with a similar name and, the same person complaining with different aliases. He was very nice when he took my first £1k  and I ended up within 4 days with no money left, as expressed on other sites by others about Litegraphs. He then convinced me to give him another £200 so we could get my money back plus more. Guess what......... He still needed another £1k which I refused to give and while he phoned me at least twice a day (and today 27 July I am still getting at least 2 calls per day which I do not answer and have blocked around 40 different numbers all from Litegraphs). I was then called by another lady from Litegraphs who was really KEEN to get me all the money I had lost plus more if only I could give her another £500, I refused and she said she would ask her manager if he would credit my account with $1k dollars to help me get going again. I didn't care at this stage what she was going to do, I was not taking part. Any call that I have answered thinking it may be someone else (hospital/GP/dentist etc) but there has always been someone from litegraphs wanting to "help me."
Guys, I'm telling you this from the heart because I thought I was a wise old guy who has trapped many scammers in their tracks. I read what the OP said and it prodded me into saying I was a massive fool for losing my only £1200 savings to these people and feel quite hurt over it. I cannot even remove the "any desk feature" off my laptop which does concern me. Everything else I have put down to my own stupidity. Litegraphs is a huge con company, my mistakes were made after trusting the comments from a celebrity. Stay away from Litegraphs and tell your family and friends too!

I find this incredulous. In what context was he promoting a crypto currency on a sports channel?

Exactly what checks did you make about this company, before giving them your £1k?

I really doubt that. If a presenter started rambling about how much he was making from investments during football commentary, the producers would cut their mike, even if it wasn't a scam. It sounds more like a fake advert, like the ones you get everywhere with Martin Lewis or Dragons' Den.

You installed some remote access software on your laptop at LiteGraphs' request?

Go to a reputable IT company near you and get them to format the laptop. Or throw it away and get a new one. Do not make any financial transactions on the laptop. They are likely to have used the remote access to install all manner of malware.

He threw it in in the middle of a chat about salaries and making monies

None if I'm honest, I took what Wrighty said as good info..................... Yep you don't have to tell me I'm stupid. I only wrote this story because I want others who thinking about it not to.

It's refreshing to hear people take responsibility for their actions, and in sharing your experiences in the hope that it stops others from making the same mistake.
