Hi, has anyone had any dealing with Stacees.co.uk? I am finding them to extremely difficult to deal with and would really appreciate input from anyone else who has received the awful customer service that my family has encountered over the last few months. Encouraging us to resell items online instead of offering a refund. Offering a refund if we remove poor reviews of their company, continually getting poor reviews removed from Trust Pilot etc. etc. etc.
Somebody really needs to investigate how this business operates!!!

 It looks to be a company based in hong kong so uk rights wont apply

Multiple tickets have been raised to no avail, keep getting misleading messages from the company. Items are not suitable, sizes are not accurate, I could go on forever to be honest. This company offers no means of return, refund or alteration. The website is extremely misleading and the customer service is non existent. Extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. Just wondering if anyone else has any success with this company?

 I scanned the returns page and it mostly says returns and cancellation is not possible due to being made to measure. Same would apply in the uk for bespoke items

It also says:

Can i return the dress when i receive it?

You can return the dress and get refund if there is anything wrong with the dress you received.

Did you think this was a UK based company because of the .co.uk?

I always look at FAQ, delivery/returns, About us pages as that often gives clues if they use poor English.

STACEES have robbed us of £240 and we sent the dresses back so we are out of pocket. pure SCAMMERS SO BE WARNED

If you sent the dresses back, is this company now saying you can't have a refund?
