Is there a 'typical time' between 'final warning' and LBA?

Hey,
So I have an ongoing dispute from back in 2018. I appreciate they can get around to it whenever they feel like, within the statute of limitations, but the last correspondence I had from them was "Should full payment fail to be discharged before 27th Feb 2023, our client may elect to issue further legal proceedings against you without further notice." This was sent 27th Jan. It's been almost 3 months since this final warning, and nothing.
I'm not for one moment thinking that this has gone away, but it's very irritating that it continues to hang over me. Any idea how long these companies 'typically' take to !!!!!! or get off the pot?
Thanks,
A

Depends on the parking firm.
Also depends in which "legal" firm.
For example, if you have a PCN from Euro Car Parks or APCOA you won't ever get a court claim, unless they change the habits of a lifetime.
And if your letter was from CIS or CST, there's no intention to sue. Those are just threatograms to pick off the low hanging fruit and never lead to court claims.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

If/when you get a letter that conforms to the PAP para 3 and includes the forms in the annexe, that is when you take notice.
