Morning everyone didn’t manage to get on yesterday hairdresser first thing then I had to go for my mammogram and straight to work but it’s seems as if the brighter weather has got everyone busy you all seem to be doing so much it’s nice and sunny here but such a chilly breeze. Off to work in a minute then straight to WW I have been really good I’ve stuck to eating in a 6 hour window and I must say I feel a lot better for it and I haven’t struggled in fact I feel it has helped me as I’m not constantly thinking about food we will see what the scales say Tonight but I said I would give it a month but it has helped as the hubby has said he was cutting down and not to buy any crisp’s or biscuits or other rubbish if they are not in you can’t eat them . Sorry to hear we have a few on here who haven’t been well hope you all feel better soon TA good luck with sparkle and enjoy the caravan. Thinking of all the poorlies hugs to those that need them have a good day everyone whatever you are doing8

Morning all, thanks nmlc. It's a bit dull and a cold breeze here. I'm off out for my lunch shortly. I've taken some chicken in gravy out for tea but DS didn't end up eating until v.late as he went to one of his car pals after work so will cook the rest of the beef strog for him, it's one of his favourites. My hair went down well with DH & others. Normally I would always wash it before going out but the girl blew it so beautifully yesterday it's still good, which for my thin hair is a miracle! Shouldn't have waited so long before trying something new!Snoozer will have to look up your Goddess plan, never heard of thatTA- it does say the weather is going to be hotter soon so the caravan should be nice.Right better go and feed pooch before I go out, take care all x:heartsmil 'A woman is like a teabag: You never know her strength until you drop her in hot water'. Hi all,
Sorry I've been MIA - just catching up with all your news.
We were at the theatre on Saturday - Witness for the Prosecution at County Hall, then home via an Italian restaurant and on to the pub for live music with friends. Sunday we collected DDad and I took him to Tottenham stadium for a tour and we did the Dare walk which is 48.5m high over the glass roof WITH NO BARRIER. Okay we were hooked on to a 40cm rope but still...... He did not stop smiling all day.
Dinner tonight is a quick smoked salmon and pea pasta which I will adapt for SW by using less creamWashing is blowing on the line and I've managed to package up 3 Bay of E parcels and get them posted off today too. Oh and WFH natch.
Lovely to hear of everyone's holiday plans/jaunts. I would love to go to Tokyo and jealous of the swim up room @bellabella
For all those embarking on home improvements I wish you well. Having spent months last year painting and decorating my bucket is still very full. We are planning on getting some garden improvement in this summer as it's been a bit neglected - must have pulled out 1,000 sycamores and a shed load of comfrey.
Have a good evening all

@dp1 - perhaps you should wish she will be exactly the same when she becomes a teenager. Then your daughter will appreciate what you went through with her more!6

I thought that too Nancy
Very late to the party. I've been in the garden nearly all day, front and back, planting stuff out, watering moving things, dropping things on me and then stabbing myself in the finger with broken glass. It's an assault course doing stuff out there...The back by the tree is clearer now , only the wood store to move and there's not much wood in there thanks to the party we had last year when lots of it was burnt. Oher than that, I a cooking lentils with some spices and stuff and coconut milk to have for supper and breakfast etc. I'm trying to low carb it and I like lentils, I also like savoury things for breakfast and it saves me thinking what can I have this itme? If it's nice, I'll make more.
Coxy, a 1000? Blimey, I'm glad I don't have that problem..loving the walking story, think my dad would have gone for it too...OH, not a snowballs chance...Rosy, glad you like your new hair..Izzy, hope WW reflected your newfound dedicationScarlet, enjoy the quiz! snoozer, sounds interesting, I might read more about that..glad they had a nice time, Italians do love a cute baby...I'm giggling at your 'serve them right' stories too...Have a good evening all..
