Yes there is, really.
You may have seen stainless steel soap on sale to remove onion and garlic smells from your hands - well providing you are on your own, run your hands lovingly up and down you tap and it does the same job.

Using any stainless steel implement or cutlery that's going to need washing up anyway works just as well. See now my oh already thinks i have a thing for my new stainless steel mixer tap with lever action controls. If he caught me lovingly rubbing my hands on them well hmmmm;)0
