Information about one of our shareholdings shows the correct number of shares but the price shows 'Not applicable' - ?
Can anyone advise what this means. Thanks.

Sounds like some sort of technical glitch with their site, assuming the company concerned is still trading and the shares are still listed, etc - who is it?1

Their website is absolutely shambolic
glad I will never have to use it again…0 -
Iberdrola - Equiniti are now showing the correct information so as you suggest it might have been a technical issue.eskbanker said:Sounds like some sort of technical glitch with their site, assuming the company concerned is still trading and the shares are still listed, etc - who is it?

I agree - it can't cope with my surname for some reason and I seem to have two accounts which it is unable to combine however many times I phone. They can't seem to understand the problem or fix it.ranciduk said:Their website is absolutely shambolic

I have the same problem with multiple accounts which have been merged but (it seems) not properly. Unfortunately my employer's share plan is managed through Equiniti, so an account was set up for that using my work email address and other details provided by my employer. I also hold some shares managed by Equiniti which are nothing to do with my employer. The accounts have been merged to the extent that I can see all the investments through one log-in, but I constantly get pop-ups asking me to merge my accounts.Chloe_G said:

And the cost of doing anything (e.g. transferring shares out, or selling them) is extortionate.
