Court have my ex access to our house until children leave full time education. We have joint custody.
As she was given a substantial settlement the court also decreed any debits she ramped up although in joint names she would liable.
Altbough in a good job and remarried she has been defaulting on the mortgage. She haz not paid off credit cards so i am being chased.
9 times out of 10 credit agency see the court order and that is sufficient however when it is moved to another company it starts all over again.
My wife and i have been refused mortgages because of this and my connection to her.
What can i do we are both remarried. I want to cut this debt loose which is not mine and buy a house.
Thank you

Sounds messy, but should have been sorted out with a proper financial separation on divorce - it's maybe worth discussing with the solicitor who represented you, as this should have been avoidable?1
