Highview have sent me a parking charge, issued on 5th May 2023 in which they state:
the payment of £60.00 [sic] is required within 28 days from the date of this charge. We will accept the reduced sum of £100.00 [sic] if payment is received within 14 days i.e. before 19/05/2023Yes, the charge is higher if I pay earlier. What to do? Is this some kind of trick, or just a screw-up on their part?
Thanks in advance

Sometime, PPCs make an "error" in the hope that you will phone them and admit to being the driver, which weakens your case against n on-POFA PCNs. Since you will be paying £0, I wouldn't worry. Wait for a Letter of/before Claim and in the meantime, search the forum for other Highview issues such as this one: -

Thanks in advanceScrew-up by them.
But irrelevant, because Highview don't use the POFA, you will win on appeal anyway by using @Grizebeck's Group Nexus trick appeal.
Search the forum. Job done.
