Car insurance / whiplash

Hi, we had a car accident (not at fault) and we are insured by Admiral. We do not have legal cover but they have referred us to Admiral Law to pursue claims of personal injury such as whiplash. We have read some reviews and so far it has not been great.
Has anyone had any experience with this? Do we not go ahead with Admiral Law and go with a No Win No Fee firm instead? Can you suggest any firms that would be good?
Many thanks.

Whiplash is now a fixed tariff so there isnt much value a law firm can really add in most cases.
Clarify what percentage of your winnings each firm will take and compare that with dealing with the matter yourselves... the governments even created a portal for self claiming people to manage the process through without a solicitor (they use a different portal)0
