Not only it was a thing, but "stakeholder" Child Trust Funds were required to use lifestyling unless the parent/guardian specifically opted out of it, until this requirement was removed in 2016.artyboy said:Was Lifestyling ever a 'thing' for CTFs?I ask because I thought the whole premise was for use in pensions to eliminate volatility ahead of taking an annuity/25% cash lump sum.The illogic of using lifestyling for CTFs was pointed out to the Government by CTF providers in a consultation before they removed the requirement.
