Good, we will help you throughout.

Change is coming. Please stick around and join us when the final Govt public consultation is open for consumer responses in July.  I am sure you will want to tell the Govt your opinion and your story.

PPCs and their bullyboy bulk litigators are ruining motorists' finances and credit ratings, to the extent of wrecking recovery of the high street and affecting the financial and employment options, credit, mortgages and location mobility of ordinary law abiding people.

    IT MUST STOP.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

There are to para #8 but I suppose I'm too late with this observation. Shouldn't affect anything though.

It's been 13 days since I submitted the N244 with no response from county court - I have sent a follow-up email with no response. Any suggestions? I also haven't had a response from them re: my other case where I am still awaiting directions (after challenging the CCJ), so wondering if they are backlogged?

    Phone call?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I have emailed and called a few times. They are backlogged. Yesterday they said the CCBC are processing things from 14th May, so my case should be reviewed in the next few days. They are clearly very behind - which is inconvenient for people with incorrect CCJ's on their files. My car insurance has risen 4x the price, my mortgage application declined, my request to change bank accounts declined!

I've received mine this week as well - hopefully this part doesn't take forever

I received a letter with a hearing date today (Wednesday 26th July) for next week (Monday 31st July). I have read all the newbies threads and think I have a good enough argument (i've struggled to access henrik777's threads, the forum says I don't have access).

My only concern is that I don't have specific dates for things (e.g. when I enrolled on electoral register, when I changed my address with DVLA for the car). I do have my driving licence (with my correct address dated 2018) and the finance letter from when I sold my car (4 weeks after the PCN is meant to have been issued). Any other things I need to bear in mind?
