CAME ZL54 Garage Door Control, how to pair remote key..? How to check if this is working..? help?

I am trying to see if I can get this CAME ZL54 Garage door opener working again...I have following issues..1. I can see power in the circuit but I am unable to pair my remote fob with the CAME ZL54 . I have seen many videos showing how to pair a new remote from old one. But in this case I haven't got any old one with me. How do I pair in that case. Also as you can see in the photos I can't make it working. Any debugging inputs highly appreciated. thanks. see some photos.
I added circuit board photos because someone knowing about this product can guide me if can use some buttons in circuit board to check debug pair etc. thanks

This seems to be very old model and previous owner didn't supply any fobs, just trying to see if I can make this working.0
