Got a DB and DC pension scheme, I don't want to commute any DB for tax-free cash, Can I?

I think there are NS&I accounts that let you lock money away and it will pay taxable interest per month, but then at the end of the term, will have to deal with a big chunk of cash again and I just want a set and forget system.
There's always premium bonds. The nominal "interest rate" is small, but there's always the chance of a larger prize (tax-free) if you put the maximum in.

Below is an interesting link on purchased life annuties after a poster on here mentioned these items, I thanks.
Looks like they are interesting and I may indeed look further in to them, I'm trying to find a sweet spot and remove me getting involved trying to juggle liquid cash and to a lesser extent, my SIPP.
I have a sensible DB scheme limited to a maximum of 5% inflation increases and a full State Pension in 4 years time.
My DB activates in a few days from today as I wanted to wait for the LTA to be removed, however I have activated my DB sooner that I ideally wanted as very concerned what Labour will do and currently DB scheme giving a X 25 commutation rate and spouce pension not affected by any TFLS removed, so after much though, DB actived, this has left me with much more liquid cash as a % than I had previously planned for.
By using liquid cash for a purchased life annuity, it may work OK on various angles, one being leaving DB alone to cook and the IHT rules may benift others, however I'm definitely not paroniod about not spending to leave DB for others.
