If you use the pots/spaces feature of Monzo/Starling then you can easily do bills and spending in one account.

I have Monzo as my main bills and spending account, as well as a Starling and Chase account I use for. couple of debt card subscriptions (mainly to keep an eye on new app features so I can decide if I want to switch my Monzo account) I also have an old Halifax account with a £500 overdraft facility, I keep that as a backup and carry the debit card with me)
