Old account missing from credit report

Bit random - but we recently applied for a joint account with HSBC, and … they said we already had one!
Turned out that an old joint account from early 2000s that we thought was closed (i think around 2003) wasn’t actually every closed (or even dormant), and it had £11 in it
So, we ‘resurrected’ this account, updated the home address (we had moved since) got new cards and it’s now functioning.
But … it doesn’t appear on any credit reports from the various providers.
I’ve spoken to HSBC support, and they’ve checked the account and confirmed all is okay.
It’s been just over 1 month since we started using it again, is it a case of waiting a while longer and it should appear ?
Thanks

Old accounts often don't appear on credit reports.
Banks and lenders have written into their terms and conditions that they report to credit reference agencies.
If an account was opened prior to that being included, then they have no permission to report.2 -
I had an old NatWest credit card (since closed) that didn't appear on reports as it was opened before CRAs existed, so wasn't in the T&Cs of the accountI consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?1
