NHBC/Taylor Wimpy- flooding

Hello,
I purchased a home in 2020 built by Taylor Wimpy in 2016. Shortly before I purchased it Taylor Wimpy had to install new garden drainage due to flooding.
2020 summer was fine with only one small area of garden flooding but progressively it has got worse.
Today I brought in a specialist to review what could be done, they tracked back on the Taylor Wimpys pipe work and found horrific installation that has not only lead to further flooding but damage to my pipe work due it becoming clogged.
