Win a Copy of Kipper's New Pet!
Kipper's New Pet is a children's book written and illustrated by Mick Inkpen. It was first published in 1990 and is the 12th book in the Kipper series. The story is about Kipper's friend Pig, who is turning 6 years old. Pig has always wanted a pet, so Kipper decides to buy him a hamster for his birthday. Kipper names the hamster Roly, and they quickly become best friends.

However, on the day of Pig's birthday party, Kipper gets so caught up playing with Roly that he forgets all about the party. When he finally remembers, it's too late and the party is over. Kipper is very upset, but Pig is so happy to have Roly that he doesn't mind. The story ends with Kipper and Pig playing together with Roly, and they all live happily ever after.
Kipper's New Pet is a charming story about the joy of friendship and the love of pets. It is sure to delight children of all ages.
