I had a missed call and now a letter from Nationwide regarding my complaint to the ombudsman. I complained 4 years ago in 2019 after being rejected.

Seems odd they want to talk to me now … anyone had anything similar?
Does it sound suss?

Doesn't sound 'suss'. They'll probably have found a failing in an audit.
Others will have had similar, but that's not important.
