Hi

hoping someone can help me identify this plant?
It’s a long thick stem with these leaves on as per picture
I’ve tried various identify apps but not much use

thanks

Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.

Looks like the leaves have five lobes so perhaps some sort of maple?

I also think it's a sycamore- they are prolific- have already pulled out several seedlings this year and I don't know where there's a mature tree!
They grow like twitch- my nextdoor neighbours have a seedling growing between concrete and brick wall of house!- probably has roots to Oz by now :o

I also thought maybe vine but sycamore more likely- think the leaves would be more delicate

The stem is sycamore. Vines have darker stems and don't have visible lenticels
