Is it just me, or does this message I received on Ebay not make sense at all?

Sorry for the delay with despatch I have had an unbelievably busy Christmas rush. Your order will be delivered shortly despatched at present I am advising 5-10 working days for delivery. Your item will be delivered in the next couple of days and before Christmas the slight delay has been caused by the number of orders received over the last 2 weeks but your item will be delivered before Christmas.
My friend has been at the post office helping me out he was there all day 14th dec he went at 9.30 with all my sacks and was there all afternoon (13th) As of 17th I have no ebay items awaiting postage. So I am completely up to date with my despatches before the deadline for posting goods at the post office on Monday 17th Dec all orders placed and paid for before 9am Monday 17th will be despatched for delivery before Christmas.
Thank you.
and can you believe he is a power seller? I had to read this message twice over and I still don't quite get it lol.

very strange
is it posted or not yet?:T Thanks to all lovely MSE'rs - you are great friends :T0 -
It looks to me like somebody had an amateur go at producing an automated email system. And cocked up the programming.
Instead of sending you one response, it looks to me like they have sent you every option they could have chosen from.
So basically, unless you clarify it with them: Your items may or may not have been despatched already; they might be despatched soon; they will arrive either before or after Xmas.
