Can anyone help me please 2 months ago I switched bank accounts, after the switch I had 2 refunds from paypal go to my closed bank account they didn't go back to paypal or my new bank account, paypal have said the money has been sent and gave me the ARN numbers my old bank says they can find the transactions and paypal keeps saying we've sent the money it's down to your old bank I'm lost who's at fault can someone give me some advice please.
