Thanks to Tesco

Unfortunately I mislaid my reward vouchers attached to my last statement. Have probably mistakenly binned them along with other things. As the vouchers are numbered, I emailed Tesco asking whether they could be replaced. Received a very speedy reply back stating that although the vouchers can't be replaced, they will add the points back onto my account so I will get them when next statements are sent out.

I really thought I had lost the reward value and think this is excellent customer service.

  • I didn't notice that the clubcard days out vouchers had an expirary date on them and when I went to use them this month they had expired in August :rolleyes: I emailed them and sent them the vouchers back and they replaced them within the week. So pleased as it was my fault and too much money for us to loose out on :T :T
