LOOSE WOMEN PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, STV Group PLC or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw in relation to the Loose Women programme (the “Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, post, and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Friday 12 May 2023.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and online at 3.00pm on Friday 30 June 2023.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 4.00pm on Thursday 6 July 2023.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within one week of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

How to enter & cost of entry:

Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second call). For each subsequent call from the same phone number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their call). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each call costs £2.00 plus your network access charge.

· SMS text – send an SMS text with the keyword PRIZE or WINNER or APP to 68300; up to fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. A single entry costs £2.00. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the Website.

By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry.

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. Prize:

There is one (1) prize consisting of £30,000 and a Fred Olsen cruise.

(i) £30,000

This element of the prize consists of £30,000 (thirty thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

(ii) Fred Olsen cruise

This element of the prize consists of a Fred Olsen cruise for the winner and four (4) companions aged 18 years old or over (“Cruise”), which includes:

· the winner’s choice of cruise of up to fourteen (14) nights as available at https://www.fredolsencruises.com/ (excluding ‘Winter Warmth in the Canaries’ (S2326), ‘In Search of the Northern Lights’ (L2328 and L2405) and ‘In search of the Northern Lights at Christmas’ (L2437))based on four (4) people sharing two (2) Balcony Suites in the cruise ship Borealis, Bolette or Balmoral;

· full board status, including buffet and à la carte breakfasts and lunches, five-course à la carte or buffet dinners and an all-inclusive drinks upgrade package (details of which are available athttps://www.fredolsencruises.com/cruising-information/drinks-upgrade#t-and-c); and

· gratuity of £5 (five pounds) per person, per day.

The prize provider of the Cruise will contact the winner to explain how to book the Cruise. Subject to availability, the winner may request upgrades and/or additional companion(s) at extra costs (payable by the winner).

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the cruise ship for security deposit purposes.

The Cruise must be taken-up between 1 August 2023 and 1 August 2025, must be booked sixty (60) days before the intended departure date and will be subject to availability. Please note that the Cruise cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to their chosen destination. Particular attention should be given Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) ensure that the travelling party has adequate travel and COVID insurance including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider of the Cruise. Please note that the winner and their companion(s) will not be able to board the cruise ship if they do not a travel insurance which covers cancellation or curtailment cover for Covid-19, any medical, repatriation and expenses costs as a result of a Covid diagnosis or illness during the cruise.

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion(s) when taking up the Cruise, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The prize is not for resale, is non-refundable and non-transferable. There is no cash alternative to the prize and there is no alternative prize if the winner is unable to travel or any reason.

The prize excludes transport to the departure port and from the return port, parking at the port, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, travel and covid insurance, personal expenses, and visas and vaccinations.
