eBay: collection person after postage paid

My listing had 2 options postage and collection in person.

Buyer messaged me some questions and said they were very local. I ended the auction early as they met what was originally my buy it now price and I sold to the highest bidder.

However overnight they have paid and included postage costs when we talked about collection/delivery to save them costs.

They literally live 2 mins away from me so have delivery/collection is far better.

How can I  change it to collection via eBay after they have paid postage. The only option I can see is to purchase the postage label

EBay's customer service were fantastic this morning. I didn't realise they opened at 8am when I posted this.

They have provided my options and customer is happy to be receiving their item later today and a postage refund.
