Halifax Bank - payment not showing on recent transactions

After opening a new issue (Issue 35) at Shawbrook, made a payment of £1.00 using Halifax Bank mobile banking app to Shawbrook (Issue 35) savings account on 5 May 2023.

The payment arrived at Shawbrook the same day. I received an SMS message from Shawbrook to confirm.

The nominated account at Shawbrook is definitely my Main Halifax bank account (I have three reward current accounts at Halifax Bank). This has not changed at any point. 

I've gone through the transaction one by one. Note that Halifax bank does not post transactions on weekends or Bank holidays, so after the 5th May, the next transactions showing are on Tuesday 9 May. I checked the transactions on 9th May too. There is no transaction resembling the one on 5 May.

Here is a screenshot of transactions from 5 May to 9 May. As you can see there is no transaction for £1.00. Any ideas?

p.s. on Tuesday 9 May when I went to make another payment for £999.00 (to make it £1000 so the account qualifies for the high interest), the shawbrook issue 35 payee was nowhere to be seen on Halifax Bank App or Internet Banking. I had to create a new payee.

Mystery solved. 

I had made the payment on 5 May from my Halifax Bank Everyday Saver account - not the Reward Current Account.

Odd that Shawbrook accepted the payment as the Everyday saver was/is not my nominated account at Shawbrook.

I've encountered instances where with other banks/financial institutions such as Atom, I've made a payment from an account other than the nominated account (by mistake) and when this happened, that payment was promptly returned, so it was never credited to/accepted by the Atom bank savings account.
